Online searches for “finishing a basement” have increased significantly over the past year, report Google analytics. Homeowners looking to update their lower level into a large open space featuring a family or recreation room have begun looking for inspiration on their remodel projects. Another search term trending was “basement golf simulator,” the report shows.
