- Favorite mudroom bench as seen in Elevation Homebuilders' 2022 Mountain Ranch custom build.
- Favorite island featuring a waterfall counter from Elevation Homebuilders' 2022 Modern Craftsman.
- Favorite office with a built-in desk and bookshelves in a moody blue with gold accents including a library light from Elevation Homebuilders' 2022 Parade Home.
- Favorite pantry which featured a whole separate set of appliances, known as a "scullery," accessed by two doors behind the main kitchen as seen in Elevation Homebuilders' 2022 Modern Cottage.
- Favorite Great Room which Frakes carefully sited the home to get the best views on a challenging lot overlooked by other builders for many years as seen in Gary Frakes Construction's 2022 Modern Craftsman.
- Favorite family room with dark trim, wall paneling, and ceilings as seen in Manley Construction's 2022 Minimal Traditional.
- Favorite pub bar as seen in Elevation Homebuilder's 2022 Stately-Colonial--though I'm a little bias after the owners invited me over to "sample" some of their brown-water.
