I really enjoyed working with Adam and Andrew. They made the process smoother than I ever anticipated. Communication was always fast and transparent. As the buyer, we had an issue with the sellers on the morning of closing. Even with 3 other closings that same day, Adam and Andrew resolved the issue with their "get it done" work ethic and utilizing their vast network of contacts so that we still closed that night. I look forward to working with them again in the future, and I'd recommend them simply because they get the job done no matter what.

Adam and his team worked exceptionally hard to help our home get sold, during a difficult time in the market. They stayed on top of making sure the house looked good, they were very thorough with their communication and we felt well supported throughout the process. He has a great number of contacts to help with all the details of purchasing a home and remains a great resource even after closing. We really appreciated all of his hard work.

I am an experienced real estate investor, from another part of the country in a different time zone. Moving to Iowa was a big step, with lots of learning involved. Besides being an excellent local historian, Adam is well versed in local codes and subtle signs that a house has issues. He convinced my seller to address $60,000 in significant problems to close the sale. As a result, I have a home that will be fit for the rest of my life. Adam is also extremely responsive to all communication. He will never keep you waiting or make you wonder if he has a more important client.

We moved from Ohio to Iowa over the summer, Adam was recommended to us from my husband co-worker. He knew all the answers to our questions, we visited on a house hunting trip before the move and he showed us everything we wanted to see and more. We ended up going with a house in a rural area that is very much out of his way and his expertise, but he was so accommodating. He went above and beyond and it was so nice having someone on our side. During the buying process he gave us our options and his recommendations then got things done in record time. This was our 5th house we’ve purchased and our 4th state we’ve relocated to and Adam was top tier, our easiest most seamless move yet! 10/10 would recommend.
