Okay this exciting but still a reminder we are not at the pre-pandemic market conditions yet. Last month the average US home was on the market five days longer than last year. This is still 22 days faster than the 2017-2019 markets. This is according to a Realtor.com report releasing housing trends. The report outlined more good news for a calming market—there was a 26.6% increase in active listings in August.
