1 in 4 Homes Built in 2020 Were Infills or Teardowns in Older Neighborhoods
The NAHB projects the record high and growing lot shortages will cause the share of new homes built on infill lots to continue to grow. 1 in 4 new builds are in existing neighborhoods!
